YOUR SITE
ISN’T DEAD.

It may just need a crew. Old, stale, unloved, hard to update, or held together with workarounds? We identify what is worth saving, what needs repair, and when a rebuild is the smarter move.

NO SCARE TACTICS. NO FORCED REDESIGN.

We start with the real condition of the site: access, lead paths, mobile experience, content, technical risk, and the work already worth keeping. Then we give you a practical recommendation.

Site Rescue Assessment — $250

A focused review of the current site, accounts, lead paths, search basics, and major risks. Credited toward approved follow-on work.

Tune-Up Sprint — from $750

For contained work: visual cleanup, mobile repairs, broken paths, content updates, form fixes, and essential search or performance work.

Recovery Work

For missing access, unsafe updates, unsupported systems, broken infrastructure, or accumulated technical debt. Scoped after assessment with a written ceiling.

Rebuild, when needed

If repair will cost too much or leave you with an unreliable system, we will say so plainly and map the right rebuild path.

WHEN A SITE NEEDS A RESCUE

A rescue is not only for a site that is visibly down. It is for the business that cannot confidently change, trust, or rely on the website it already has.

Quiet lead loss

Forms, calls to action, booking paths, maps, email delivery, or mobile pages may be failing without anyone noticing.

Lost control

The developer is gone, accounts are unclear, renewal notices go nowhere, or no one knows who owns the domain, hosting, or site access.

Growing technical risk

Updates feel dangerous, software is outdated, performance has slipped, certificates warn visitors, or a workaround has become load-bearing.

A site that no longer represents the work

Services, team, proof, coverage, pricing context, or next steps are stale—even though the underlying site may still be worth keeping.

THE RESCUE ASSESSMENT GIVES YOU

A written, decision-ready record—not an automated score and not a disguised redesign pitch.

What we found

Plain-English condition summary with selected page-level examples and the important facts about access, lead paths, mobile, content, and technical health.

What matters first

Findings separated into urgent risks, high-value repairs, and work that can wait, so optional polish does not outrun stability.

What is worth keeping

A clear inventory of salvageable content, assets, structure, and systems before a repair or rebuild decision is made.

The honest next route

Keep and care, a contained tune-up, controlled recovery, or rebuild—with the reason for that recommendation in writing.

A SCORE THAT EXPLAINS ITSELF

Where a number helps, we use a weighted scorecard—not a black-box grade. It measures current site health separately from repair viability, so a weak site is not automatically treated as a throwaway site.

Current Site Health — 100 points

Weighted evidence across ownership and recovery, lead paths, technical stability, update safety, mobile usability, content and trust, search basics, and measurement.

Repair Viability — 100 points

Weighted evidence about control of accounts, salvageable assets, platform life, stabilization risk, and the expected repair cost compared with rebuilding.

Evidence beside every number

Each category receives a 0–5 rating, a written observation, and supporting examples. The report shows how the total was reached.

Hard stops still win

An active compromise, missing authority, unsupported platform, or an uneconomic repair can override the total. The score supports judgment; it does not hide it.

HOW WE HANDLE A RESCUE

  1. Preserve first. Confirm authority, document the current condition, and protect what is available before changes are made.
  2. Inspect the whole path. Look beyond a single score at the customer journey, site health, access, content, and the systems underneath.
  3. Prioritize and scope. Define what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and a written ceiling before recovery work begins.
  4. Repair, validate, hand off. Test the agreed path, document what changed and what remains open, then return control to the right owner.

USEFUL ANSWERS BEFORE YOU START

Do I need every login before you can help?

No. Start with what you know. We can map the domain, hosting, site platform, business email, and available accounts. Recovery depends on who legally owns the accounts and what access or records are available; we will not try to bypass another person’s account.

Can you work on a site you did not build?

Yes. The assessment is designed for inherited, abandoned, or hard-to-manage sites. First we establish what is there, what can safely be changed, and whether the existing system is worth repairing.

What if the site is not worth saving?

We will say so plainly. The assessment identifies what content, assets, URLs, and business knowledge can still be carried forward, then maps a rebuild path instead of charging you to preserve an unreliable system.

Is Site Rescue a 24/7 emergency line?

No. The standard assessment is not a 24/7 dispatch service. If the site is down, actively compromised, or a critical lead or payment path has failed, call us or email an urgent request. We will confirm availability, the immediate preservation steps, and any emergency authorization before anyone touches production.

IS SOMETHING DOWN RIGHT NOW?

For a site that is down, visibly compromised, or blocking critical enquiries or payments, call 888.841.8828 or email Urgent Site Rescue. Include the website address, what changed or failed, when it started, and the best person to reach. Do not send passwords by email.

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO

We do not quote rescue work blind, promise recovery of material that no longer exists, guarantee rankings or uptime, or put more money into a site that should be replaced. We do not ask clients to email passwords, transfer domains, delete systems, or publish changes without clear written authority.
