The delivery process
Websites that stay clear, useful, current, and dependable as your business grows.
We review the current website or digital presence, the work that makes money, the buyer who needs an answer, the current lead path, and the useful material already on hand. The output is a recommended service level and a written next step—not a generic pitch.
Before work begins, we document the deliverables, fee, base term, milestone dates, included revision rounds, client inputs, account ownership, and any third-party subscriptions. Work starts after the scope and service agreement are signed and the agreed initial payment is received.
We establish the page plan, message, primary action, and content responsibilities. The client provides one decision-maker and consolidated feedback. If a request changes the agreed timing, cost, or deliverables, we document it in a Change Order before work begins.
We present work at defined review points. Client review windows and included revisions are recorded in the scope. This gives both sides a simple way to keep the work moving without turning useful changes into a surprise invoice.
Before launch, we test the agreed lead path, confirm access and account owners, and document open items. Ongoing care covers only the plan and support level in the signed scope. Where tracking is included, reports cover agreed activity—not guarantees of rankings, traffic, revenue, or a specific number of leads.
